SFACTORY is a professional event venue where companies, brands, and artists pay to hold pop-up stores, performances, and exhibitions. We open this space to partner associations' programs and provide both the venue and business infrastructure.

From Vietnamese student sports events to exchange programs with associations from each country, we support events that student associations create and grow themselves, based on real community experience.
Foreedom has MOUs with student communities from 9 countries. This program was prepared for the partner associations and communities below.
The Venue
According to its official website, SFACTORY is a cultural complex of about 3,000 pyeong (≈9,900 m²) in Seongsu. We review and discuss the right space based on your event's nature and expected scale.

570 pyeong on the 1st floor, 430 pyeong on the 3rd — the largest in Seongsu. Ideal for large cultural events, performances, exhibitions, and festivals.

Your association leads planning, recruiting, and on-site operations. Foreedom supports the venue, sponsors, ticketing, and partner connections.
We open a professional venue that companies and brands pay to use. Selected programs are not charged the base rental fee for the agreed area, hours, and basic facilities.
You don't need a finished proposal. With just an idea, Foreedom helps you shape the purpose, audience, scale, and operations together.
For programs with large participation, we pursue corporate sponsors together. Sharing is based on sponsorship actually received, with the split agreed in advance.
For paid events, Vijob ticketing supports sales and payment, and ticket revenue minus actual costs is settled as your association's share. No ticketing fee during the pilot period.
Depending on the event, we can discuss connections to Foreedom's student, university, and corporate partner network, plus joint promotion.
The goal is not a one-off event, but building a signature program your association can continue every year.

Sponsorship
Events with large participation and a clear target audience may attract collaboration with companies connected to international students — telecom, finance and payments, food and beverage, travel, beauty, education, and careers. Brand booths, sampling, and content collaborations can enrich your event, and sponsorship revenue is shared with your association in a way agreed in advance.
How It Works
Your association handles content and recruiting; Foreedom handles the venue, sponsors, and ticketing infrastructure. The final plan — including budget, safety, and facilities — is confirmed together.

The questions that come up most often when we review a first idea.
Selected programs are not charged the base rental fee for the agreed area, hours, and basic facilities. This does not mean every event cost is free — additional equipment or staffing is discussed separately.
They can arise when extra sound, lighting, furniture, security, cleaning, insurance, or staffing is needed. We share a quote with items and amounts first, and only costs your association agrees to are applied. Costs you didn't agree to are never charged after the event.
During the pilot period, there is no Foreedom planning and operations fee and no Vijob ticketing system fee. For paid events, card and online payment fees and refunds are reflected only in the amounts actually incurred.
Yes. For paid events, Vijob ticketing supports sales and payment. Ticket revenue minus refunds, payment fees, and pre-agreed event costs is settled to your association, or spent as event costs your association approves.
No. We make sponsorship proposals together when an event matches a company's goals, and the final decision and amount rest with the company. We recommend not counting unconfirmed sponsorship revenue in your event budget.
Sharing is based on cash sponsorship actually received, minus the costs of delivering the benefits promised to the sponsor. The split is confirmed in writing with your association before approaching sponsors. In-kind sponsorship such as goods or food is used for the event, not divided as cash.
Yes. If there are paid tickets or cash sponsorship, we decide together before the event who will formally handle contracts, payments, and settlement, and how payouts will be made.
Yes. An event idea, expected attendance, and preferred timing are enough to start the discussion, and we value community impact and feasibility over size.
SFACTORY has existing bookings, so we check availability after receiving your preferred dates. Also, being an MOU partner does not mean automatic approval — schedule, venue fit, organizing team, safety, and budget are reviewed before confirmation.
Refund deadlines, costs already incurred, and responsibility for cancellation are agreed together and confirmed in writing before ticket sales begin.
Only within the scope needed to run the event. When photos, videos, or statistics are used for promotion, we inform you in advance and obtain the necessary consent.
In principle, your association leads the event content and community operations. Foreedom's support areas — venue, sponsors, ticketing — are divided and agreed in advance.
