Why This Program

This isn't just a free venue —
it's your chance to create something real for your own community.

Foreedom has signed MOUs with student associations from many countries, working together so international students can build more connections and experiences in Korea.

SFACTORY is a professional event venue where companies, brands, and artists pay to hold pop-up stores, performances, and exhibitions. We open this space to partner associations' programs and provide both the venue and business infrastructure.

What matters more than a finished proposal is the idea: “We want to hold this kind of event for our students.”

Foreedom in the Field

We are already working on the ground
with many student communities.

Company tours, sports events, community exchanges, supporters programs, career events — Foreedom has consistently created real offline touchpoints with student associations. The SFACTORY program expands that experience onto a bigger stage.

Wherever students gather,
Foreedom has been there.

From Vietnamese student sports events to exchange programs with associations from each country, we support events that student associations create and grow themselves, based on real community experience.

What You Get

You focus on the content.
Foreedom opens the infrastructure.

Your association leads planning, recruiting, and on-site operations. Foreedom supports the venue, sponsors, ticketing, and partner connections.

01

SFACTORY rental fee sponsorship

A professional venue that companies and brands pay to use — selected association programs can use it with the rental fee sponsored. This is the biggest benefit.

02

Program planning support

You don't need a finished proposal. With just an idea, Foreedom helps you shape the purpose, audience, scale, and operations together.

03

Corporate sponsor outreach

For programs with large participation, we pursue corporate sponsors together. Revenue-sharing with your association is agreed in advance.

04

Vijob ticketing system

For paid events, the Vijob ticketing system supports sales, payment, and settlement. Details are agreed per event in advance.

05

Promotion & partner network

Depending on the event, we can discuss connections to Foreedom's student, university, and corporate partner network, plus joint promotion.

06

A repeatable association asset

The goal is not a one-off event, but building a signature program your association can continue every year.

Program Ideas

The format matters less
than your reason why.

The examples below are just starting points. If a program reflects your country's culture and what your students actually want, you can propose it.

Culture

National culture festival · National Day

Traditional culture experiences, food, fashion, national celebrations.

Performance

Performances · Auditions · Contests

Dance and music shows, artist collaborations, talent shows, competitions.

Community

Networking · Exchange meetups

National and multinational student exchanges, freshman and alumni gatherings.

Career

Careers · Company meetups · Startups

Career events, job fairs, practitioner talks, startup programs.

Market

Flea markets · Pop-ups · Exhibitions

Student brands, photo and art exhibitions, community markets.

Season

Semester · Year-end · Community awards

Semester events, year-end parties, awards — signature events repeatable every year.

Sponsorship Model

Where people gather,
companies can connect.

Events with large participation and a clear target audience may attract collaboration with companies connected to international students — telecom, finance and payments, food and beverage, travel, beauty, education, and careers.

01

Your association plans the program

Define the event's purpose, expected participants, and your association's unique content.

02

Design the sponsor structure with Foreedom

Connect the value brands will get with the support your association needs.

03

Structure brand collaboration rights

Configure logo exposure, experience booths, sampling, content collaborations, and more.

04

Share the revenue

Sponsorship revenue is shared with your association by default; the split is agreed per event in advance.

Sponsor acquisition is not automatic for every event. It is reviewed individually based on participation scale, audience profile, and brand fit. We recommend not counting unconfirmed revenue in your event budget.

How It Works

From idea
to event, in 4 steps.

Your association handles content and recruiting; Foreedom handles the venue, sponsors, and ticketing infrastructure. The final plan — including budget, safety, and facilities — is confirmed together.

01

Send your idea

Use the form below to send your event idea, expected attendance, and preferred timing. We recommend 4–8 weeks before your target date.

02

Discuss with Foreedom

We discuss the purpose and scale, then check the right SFACTORY space and available dates for your event.

03

Prepare the event

Confirm the program, budget, and roles; if needed, set up corporate sponsor proposals and Vijob ticketing.

04

Run the event & settle

Your association leads on-site; Foreedom supports the agreed areas. Afterwards we settle tickets and sponsorships and review together.

Proposals we prioritize

  • Purpose
  • Demand
  • Execution
  • Venue fit
  • Safety & operations
  • Scalability

Share Your Idea

No perfect proposal needed —
just start.

For now, an idea, a rough headcount, and preferred timing are enough. Your submission goes straight to the Foreedom team, and we'll get back to you through the contact you leave.

Good to know
The base support is the venue rental fee. Additional costs such as sound, lighting, and furniture, plus the final schedule, are confirmed per event after discussion. If the form doesn't work for you, email us directly: service@vijob.net

Your submission is sent to the Foreedom team (service@vijob.net) and used only for program review.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

The questions that come up most often when we review a first idea.

Can we really use the venue for free?

For selected programs, Foreedom sponsors the venue rental fee as the baseline. However, additional costs such as sound, lighting, furniture, and production may be separate.

Our event proposal isn't finished yet — can we still apply?

Yes. Sharing just your event idea, expected attendance, and preferred timing is enough to start the discussion.

Are small events also possible?

Yes. We value community impact and feasibility over size. We'll review the right space and operating model based on your event.

Can we charge an entrance fee?

Yes. For paid events, we can discuss using the Vijob ticketing system, with payment and settlement terms confirmed per event in advance.

Can we get corporate sponsors?

For events with clear participation and target audience, Foreedom can pursue sponsors together. Whether a sponsor is confirmed, and under what terms, depends on negotiations with each company.

Can we lock in our preferred date right away?

SFACTORY has existing events and bookings, so after receiving your preferred dates we need to check actual availability.

Does the association have to run everything on site?

In principle, your association leads the event content and community operations. Foreedom's support areas — venue, sponsors, ticketing — are divided and agreed in advance.

Start With an Idea

Build your association's
next signature program.

A culture festival, a concert, a career event — anything works. If it's something your students genuinely want, we'll start the conversation from just the idea.
